How does Elephant Foot Stamp work?

Elephant Foot Stamp is a digital stamp card on a phone! Our innovative loyalty platform allows merchants to easily set up and manage a digital loyalty program. It is an effective customer loyalty tool for all types of businesses!

How does the stamp work?

Simply stamp on the app to validate coupons and issue stamps! So simple!

How long does it take to set up a program?

A stamp card can be set up on the platform within 48 hours. However, in practice, it doesn’t hurt to allow some time for creating an onboarding strategy, training staff and creating/receiving the marketing materials if required.

What is the process to set up multiple sites on Elephant Foot Stamp?

If you have multiple locations, please just register one location to begin with.

You can then provide the details of your remaining locations to our activations team at a later stage.

How are payments processed?

We use NZPG to process your credit card information so that the transaction is secure and your information is kept safe.

Can I pay by ACH Debit?

Yes! If you prefer paying via bank ACH, please email us at info@elephantfoot.com

When will I be billed?

We bill once the stamp card is setup and shipped out, also we charge monthly fees on every 5th of each month.

Are there any set up costs?

No, none at all!

Will my stamp require batteries, bluetooth, or POS integration?

No! Our patented stamp technology does not require any batteries, bluetooth, POS integration. It is a completely standalone device!

Can I upgrade my plan anytime?

Yes!

What happens if my stamp device doesn't work on a certain phone?

We provide backup stamping method via OTP passcode.
